The person on the interview is provably the one who applied. Voice liveness, 1:1 biometric match, cross-tenant anti-collusion, and deepfake detection. We store a salted hash and a proof signature, never the recording.

Dual-model scoring, human-approved

Every competency is scored by GPT-4o and Claude, side by side. No candidate advances or is rejected without a human override, and a high-confidence AI rejection requires a distinct second reviewer.
